乙方工程項目管理(PRP)系統
乙(yi)方工(gong)程項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)系統是以(yi)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)全生命周(zhou)期為(wei)對象,對項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)前(qian)期跟蹤-項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)立項(xiang)(xiang)-招標-項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)實施-項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)竣工(gong)的(de)(de)全過(guo)程的(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)。PRP系統依據企業業務規(gui)范,結合(he)企業工(gong)程項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)客(ke)觀實際,以(yi)WBS為(wei)要素,以(yi)進度為(wei)主線(xian),通過(guo)WBS與合(he)同(tong)清單建立二維矩(ju)陣(zhen)關系,實現以(yi)預算(suan)成本為(wei)目(mu)(mu)標的(de)(de)成本管(guan)(guan)(guan)控及生產過(guo)程中的(de)(de)成本自動歸(gui)集,從(cong)而實現節(jie)約(yue)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)成本,管(guan)(guan)(guan)控生產過(guo)程,提(ti)升工(gong)程施工(gong)企業項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)水平。
